Thrills, Star Wars, and the BEST snacks in Disney World- welcome to Disney's Hollywood Studios! You will get to step into the movies, immerse yourself in the different lands of Star Wars: Galaxy's edge and Toy Story, and watch live shows that will leave you feeling inspired! This park has so much to offer and we have put together the right itinerary for you so you can experience all the magic it has to offer.

Rope Drop

Start early!! This park gets busy very fast. Aim to get to the park entrance 30-45 minutes before opening.

  • Head straight to Galaxy's Edge to ride Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance- this is one of the most immersive rides at Disney! Try not to miss it!

  • Then fly the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run! You actually get a role to play! Bonus points if you're the Pilot.

  • Photo stop: Right in front of the Millennium Falcon, it will be less crowded in the AM!

Pro Tip: Do all of your Star Wars rides first before crowds build. These are the rides that have the highest wait times.

While you are in Galaxy's Edge, explore all of the things this land has to offer. There are shops where you can make your own light saber or droid, buy a cute creature, and even try the iconic Blue and Green Milk.

Must-Eats in Galaxy's Edge:

  • Blue Milk and Green Milk- ($9.79)- Milk Stand

  • Star wars Cold Brew Caf ($6.79)- Kat Saka's Kettle

  • Pretzel Croissant ($6.99) - Kat Saka's Kettle

If you are a die hard Star Wars fan definitely download the Play Disney App and hack panels, scan cargo crates, and do secret missions around Batuu. The whole land is interactive, even the Cast Members stay in character- this is where the magic comes from! Listen for ships making noise overhead, droids talking, and random announcements in alien languages.

Mid Morning Coffee Break & pics

After your first rides and stroll in Galaxy's Edge head to Sunset Boulevard near the park entrance for a coffee! There are two great options very close to each other:

  • The Trolley Car Café which serves Starbucks products

  • Joffrey's Coffee and Tea Company right outside of the Tower of Terror ride

Photo spots:

  • Sunset Boulevard with the Hollywood Tower of Terror Hotel in the background.

  • Outside of the stores with vintage movie premier signs

Late Morning Must Rides

  • The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror- step into this abandoned hotel and take the service elevator up to the 13th floor. The question is will you make it back down or will you permanently stay in The Twilight Zone?

  • Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway- the first ride at any Disney park that stars Mickey and friends!

  • Slinky Dog Dash- if the wait isn't too crazy!! This is a family friendly coaster in Andy's backyard!
